His professional development continued at an AM 100 law firm in Silicon Valley and an AM 200 law firm in the South, where he advised corporate technology giants and Fortune 500 companies on complex immigration and corporate matters, including non-immigrant employment-based petitions (H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN NAFTA visas), immigrant employment-based petitions (EB-1As), and the PERM process.
